Let's admit it, we envy those sexy bodies from Hollywood celebrities who flaunt them relentlessly each and every time. We often wonder how come these actors and actresses achieve those super buff, six pack abs and lean sexy body with all their hectic schedules and movie shootings.

Most of the time, we get hook on TV commercials advertising this juice drink claiming to shed your "unwanted" belly fat faster than a speeding bullet. Many of these infomercials seem to have a magic pill that will transform your body and give you that six pack abs you've always dream of.

Wake up buddy, if you're still believing these infomercials then you're probably still dreaming in neverland (a land where dreams never come true - sadly). If this is the first time you read this information - sorry if I hurt your feelings but that my friend is the reality. Most of the times reality hurts because it's the truth.

If you want to achieve a great body like Arnold Schwarzenegger or a sexy bikini look like Heidi Klum you don't need any magical products and diet pills. What you need is E-X-E-R-C-I-S-E.

These Hollywood celebrities don't tell you the whole story, but they allocate 1-2 hours a day rigorously to achieve that wonderful look. Don't believe on silly AB roller machines or exercise equipments that you need to use for 5-minutes to turn yourself into a stud or a sexy babe. You must start removing them from your vocabulary.

Don't get me wrong, there are products out there you need. These are what we know as supplements. However, supplements are intended to be used only for "support" or to supplement your exercise regimen.

You cannot achieve a six pack abs overnight nor by shoving bottles of supplements down your throat. You need to start and become active - via exercise. You see, all of us have abdominal muscles, they are complex cluster of muscles necessary for movement and more. However, you can't see them now since they are cover with fat. Thus, the key to flaunt those six pack abs again is to shed those fats (which by the way are calories) by exercise.

So start doing your aerobics routine, dancing lessons, tennis, basketball routine, weightlifting, wrestling and other kinds of activities consistently. The key here is consistency in your game. As I've said, achieving six pack abs isn't an overnight work nor a miracle. It can be achieved by hard work. So pump those iron again and have fun working out.
